Adult Mental Health Programmes

We are now a Core Programme provider for Live Well Kent and The Shaw Trust.

Our 12 week programmes will include work around improving mental & physical well-being by using the woodland as a tool for growth. This will include work with heritage crafts, woodland tools, conservation projects, woodland management, mindfulness, forest bathing, meditation and self-exploration. Some sessions will also include foraging, camp cooking, archery and Tai Chi.

Opportunities to volunteer on our programmes are available to those that have completed a 12 week course.

Our current programmes are by referral via Live Well Kent. Please see flyer with information about our programmes and how to refer.
